Description:
You will provide comprehensive support to our team of staff and volunteers, delivering advice to clients in a busy service working across three districts. The role requires you to ensure the delivery of high-quality advice face to face and digitally, offering essential support to those most in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face and digital advice to clients in a busy, multi-district service.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while working with staff and volunteers.
- Supervise and support remote staff, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.
- Plan and organize work for yourself and others efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and volunteers, ensuring a non-judgemental, inclusive approach.
What We Are Looking For:
- Computer-literate with an ability to adapt to our case recording systems (training provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Ability to be confident and adaptable while working in a busy multi-skilled team.
- Experience in remote advice provision and supervising staff from home.
- Confident in meeting performance targets and working to deadlines.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and coordinate work effectively.
