Your New Challenge
Working as part of a small but growing technical services team of 14 technical staff, you’ll be responsible for providing 2nd line support on the busy service desk.
Your main responsibility will be to deal with tickets raised from the 1st time team, and escalate to the 3rd line team if required.
Whilst your role is predominantly working on the service desk, there will be the opportunity for you to get involved in some projects. You’ll spend 80% of your time on BAU support as well as 20% on projects too.
What’s next for you within the company? How does progression to the 3rd line infrastructure team sound? Or managerial? This MSP will help and support you on your journey.
About You?
First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd line engineer.
