The Support Administrator will work within the wider Sales Team providing our Sales Team and Corporate clients the highest level of proactive and dedicated administration support.

About The Role

The Support Administrator is central to providing the highest level of administration support to our Sales Team and corporate clients.

Working with the Health & Wellbeing consultants to maximise sales opportunities:
 

  • Proactively promote Westfield Health and Wellbeing products and services
  • Prepare written quotations on request, liaising with the Health and Wellbeing consultant and customer
  • Onboard corporate accounts to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Respond to customer queries by telephone and email, liaising with internal departments
     

We are looking for people to join our team who have the right level of experience and skills capability, developed through working in a support and customer service environment, and ideally, have knowledge of health & wellbeing products and experience of working in a FCA regulated environment.

About You

Education and Qualifications
 

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent
     

Experience
 

  • Experienced in working in an administrative support role within a sales environment
  • Experienced in dealing with corporate customers and commercial stakeholders
  • Experienced in building strong trusted relationships with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Experienced in providing a first-class internal and external customer experience
     

Skills
 

  • IT skills - working with office packages, remote platforms (MS Teams/Zoom)
  • Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to take ownership and respond to a variety of queries through different channels, to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to provide and communicate detailed product and management information
  • A positive and flexible attitude towards change, be passionate about Customer Service and motivated by achieving results
  • Proven accountability for personal performance and own development
  • A team player who thrives being part of a team and works well within a team environment
  • Energetic, highly self-motivated with an enquiring approach, passion for excellence, continued improvement and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
