Description:

A fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and close-knit creative team on a 6-week contract, starting mid-April. You will play a key role in supporting a global technology brand during their high-profile product launch, overseeing a team of artworkers and ensuring the smooth creation, adaptation, and delivery of assets for both in-store and online campaigns.

This hybrid role requires three days per week in-office in London.


Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Creative Oversight & Project Management

  • Oversee, support, and manage creative projects, ensuring artworkers produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Assess and clarify project briefs, assigning the appropriate artwork teams.
  • Assist in creative production when needed and liaise with client services for feedback.
  • Implement timelines, project goals, and workflows to ensure smooth project delivery.

🛠 Studio Operations & Resource Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, optimizing workflow, resourcing, and collaboration tools.
  • Oversee resourcing for a multidisciplinary team, including both full-time staff and freelancers.
  • Handle procurement of software subscriptions, tools, deliveries, and tech equipment.

💡 Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and implement onboarding processes, expectations, and best practices.
  • Ensure efficient production workflows for both print and digital creative assets.
  • Maintain studio organization, ensuring an efficient and collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 10+ years of experience in a studio/agency environment.
✅ Strong background in graphic design/artwork, with expertise in digital and print campaigns for global and/or tech brands.
✅ 360-degree knowledge of the creative process, including workflow, resourcing, and studio operations.
✅ Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Suite).
✅ Experience in artworking, transcreation workflows, and print/digital development processes
