Studio Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a part-time Studio Coordinator to support our growing team at Studio Thread. Established in 2020, our studio develops interior fabrics and wallpapers for luxury brands and manufacturers worldwide. This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a versatile approach to problem-solving across various departments.

 

The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and soft skills, be proficient in using Apple computers and office software, and adapt seamlessly to evolving challenges. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing support in a fast-paced studio environment, we would love to hear from you.

 

Your role will involve

  • Day to day support to Director of the Studio, managing Director’s inbox and dealing with tasks on their behalf
  • First point of contact for the office, liaising with clients, international suppliers and other service providers on a day to day basis
  • Diary management requiring problem solving and prioritisation
  • Co-ordinating and booking international travel itineraries, organising Visas and logging of expenses.
  • Project management, ensuring key deadlines are met and projects are on track.
  • Maintaining and coordinating project spreadsheets, and data entry
  • Office administration tasks including liaising with distribution companies, arranging deliveries and collections.
  • Inventory management such as fabric and wallpaper sample organization.
  • Other general adhoc administrative tasks
