Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to help conceive, scope, plan and deliver projects of strategic importance to the Group, and to support the translation of group strategy into ongoing business planning.
Principle Accountabilities
- Help conceive and design strategic project requirements.
- Manage the projects to ensure high quality, on-time outputs, whilst proactively engaging stakeholders and partners (including external agencies).
- Prepare analysis and recommendations, synthesize the outputs, ensuring relevance to the Group strategic dialogue and prepare presentation materials.
- Help configure the process and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Help articulate the strategic choices facing the Group and generate insights to help the Group navigate these along with coordinate preparation of materials to support the strategic dialogue at OPEX and Board levels.
- Build key business working relationships across the business, at all levels including Executive Leadership, Group Finance and Insights, Corporate Development and Global Business Leads.
Skills and Experience Required
- Worked within a Strategy Consultancy Firm at Manager Level or above.
- Experience working with/within FMCG.
- Business acumen gained within a Commercial, Finance, Insights or Transformation environment.
- Evidence of Project management and Strategic Project experience.
- Analytical skills with experience working with Insights data or planning.
- Experience working within a global matrix organisation.
- A collaborative approach, with a solution focussed mindset, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
