We have an exciting opportunity for a Policy, Planning & Performance Manager to join our in-house Investment team for a fixed term period of up to 13 months to cover maternity leave. You will ensure we have the right data and market insight to be able to set our future property strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our plans for key initiatives including our Home Standard and sustainability strategy.

This role plays a pivotal part in our business with ensuring there is alignment regarding our planned investment plan, new homes plan and our sustainability strategy and having strong effective relationships is the key success for this.
