An opportunity to work on some amazing blue chip clients on varied and sometimes complex customer engagement strategies and projects. This role is not just about planning BAU email campaigns but more about maximising the whole customer lifecycle journey for your accounts. If you have strong experience in customer lifecycle strategy development and CRM campaign and content strategy this role could be great for you.

You should have an interest in data and martech too.

 

The role typically required 3 days in the London office although 1 of these days could be spent working at the clients offices. If you have sagency or CRM consultancy experience or have worked in a highly strategic inhouse CRM role where you have worked closely with agencies this could be the move for you...

 

Strategist

 

You will help develop CRM and CX strategies for a number of accounts. The role will offer plenty of variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions.

 

Strategist – Skills and experience

 

· Strong CRM / CX / Customer Engagement strategy experience

· Some experience is gained within a marketing agency environment or you have exceptional CRM strategy experience client side working on blue chip clients and with experience working closely with agencies

· A solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys

· The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best response

· A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement

· A strong communicator who can easily engage with clients

· An understanding of marketing technology would be handy but is not essential
