What You'll Own:
Talent Strategy & Hiring: Partner closely with the Talent team to ensure a robust, high-quality hiring process that meets the growing needs of the Software department. You’ll help build a pipeline that brings in top-tier talent.
Performance Management: Lead efforts to set clear expectations, manage performance, and elevate talent across both technical contributors and managers. You’ll implement strategies that build a high-performance culture.
Leadership Support: Work directly with senior leaders to ensure positive team engagement and motivation, while also driving initiatives that promote individual and team development.
Employee Relations & DEI: Be the go-to expert for handling complex employee relations matters and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people practices.
Organisational Design: Take ownership of organisational design projects, ensuring optimal structures and roles that align with both team objectives and broader business goals.

Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in a people role, particularly in areas such as performance management, career frameworks, L&D, organizational design, and employee relations.
Essential Skills & Must Haves:
At least 5+ years in a People role, with significant experience leading high-impact projects.
Experience working in a dynamic, forward-thinking business, ideally within tech or AI, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
A CV that showcases a history of long-term tenure with previous employers, highlighting your ability to build lasting relationships and consistently contribute to business growth and success over extended periods.
Proven experience working with people in the fast-paced tech industry, where agility, quick decision-making, and aligning people strategies with rapidly evolving business goals are essential to driving high performance and supporting constant innovation.
You should be able to demonstrate resilience and maintain performance under pressure, especially in high-stakes or chaotic situations.
Expertise in performance management, organizational design, and employee relations.
A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how to balance business needs and people priorities.
Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence others.
