Strategic Relationship Manager

 

Description:

As Manager for Strategic Relationships, you will be crucial in driving growth and maintaining our defined and unexplored relationships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize client satisfaction, revenue generation, and overall relationship success. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of our industry combined with daily presales activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Management:

· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion with possible customer relations.

· Identify roadmap opportunities and synergies.

· Addressing our system- and profile houses continuously, exploring and fostering strategic opportunities in all markets.

· Act as project manager of smaller and larger projects.

 

Relationship Building:

· Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

· Act as the main point of contact for strategic relations, addressing concerns and ensuring opportunities to be the preferred chosen natural ventilation- partner.

· Mapping of key stakeholders and decision-makers.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management and product development, to align strategies, and deliver value to strategic accounts.

 

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure upcoming long-term partnerships with potential customers.
  • Proactively address issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.

 

You will have:

  • Reference to the Chief Product Officer.
  • A versatile and evolving role in a challenging function.
  • A well- functioning, well- consolidated company, focusing on growth internationally.

 

Working relationships / key stakeholders / other requirements:

  • Product Management, Sales, and Operations as well as Marketing teams in Vedbæk, Denmark
  • Production facility in Herford, Germany
  • Position could be based several places: either Sales, Vedbæk, Denmark, Hamburg, Germany or Kettering, UK

 

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for:

· Strategic Relationship building, exploration, and maintenance.

· Leading internal and external meetings

· Drive pricing, forecasting, new product introductions, certifications, etc.

· Communication with colleagues on Group level, to align presales activities with customer sales experiences.

· Budgets

· Handling CRM

Outlining portfolio needs and creating decision material for our Chief Product Officer

Facilitate communication with customer and internal support within HQ and local sales subs.

 

Qualifications:

· Years of proven experience in a strategic technical and operational sales or a related role

· Strong understanding of our industry

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to perform in stakeholder management and intercultural relations.

· Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

· Demonstrated success in building and maintaining solid relationships.

· The ability to effectively communicate issues and your recommendations clearly across organizational levels.

· English at proficiency level
