Elis is looking for an experienced Strategic New Business Hunter to join their team. This role will require you to break into large organizations and manage complex B2B sales processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable negotiating at a senior level, managing bids and tenders, and strategizing to grow and increase revenue for Elis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with business leaders from prospective organizations to uncover opportunities.
  • Map out opportunities and strategically develop business to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage complex B2B sales, often involving multi-site service delivery.
  • Analyse detailed bids and tender submissions.
  • Work in a high-performance culture, supported by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure business growth and market leadership.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service industry.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and securing new business.
  • Previous experience selling onto framework agreements (advantageous).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success.
  • High level of IT literacy, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and work independently.
