Strategic Asset Manager

Responsibilities
 

• Assess client needs and contractual obligations to deliver robust asset management strategies
• Deliver strategies based in your expert knowledge, in accordance with ISO5501
• Auditing and assessing clients asset management systems in line with IAM standards
• Provide KPIs and reporting lines to show continuous improvement
• Write and implement innovative asset management documentation
• Provide strategic insight, looking at BAU needs as well as long-term goals
   

Requirements
 

• Highly developed interpersonal skill, demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams, with a client facing demeanour
• First class business acumen, giving the ability to make well informed data driven decisions
• Experience leading and growing an asset management team
• Public sector experience is favourable
• Previous use of CAFM and knowledge of industry standards in asset data, verification, and data migration
