  • Supporting with stock accuracy trackers, this includes supporting the team during weekly, periodically & Bi-annual stock takes of Stores, this includes physical count of parts in locations
  • Reporting and tracking system errors with Support Teams- ensuring fixes are implemented within SLA
  • Supporting the Stores Team in managing and responding to e-mails in Stores shared inbox
  • Supporting Inventory Analyst with recall program of SMS and Excess stock, this includes physically & systematically processing of goods returned, notifying of any non-compliance
  • Supporting with all general stores enquires and other daily tasks that may arise, escalating issues to the Team Leader in timely manner
  • Support in PPA (Post Pick Audit) for daily picks, ensuring picks are as accurate as possible
