As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, driving efficiencies, and achieving performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Store Performance:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Create a motivating work atmosphere, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Sales & Business Management:

  • Maximize sales and profitability by implementing effective business strategies.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient stock management processes.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to enhance store performance.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure operational efficiency, including stock accuracy and process compliance.
  • Create a safe working environment, following health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain excellent store presentation to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with Area Managers and HQ teams to align with business strategies.

Customer Experience & Engagement:

  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  • Problem-solve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring service excellence.

Skills & Attributes Required:

Leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving business targets.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and staff.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
Problem-solving mindset to address challenges effectively.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload efficiently.
Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

🕘 Monday: 09:45 - 18:15
🕘 Tuesday: 09:45 - 18:15
🕘 Thursday: 09:45 - 18:15
🕘 Friday: 11:45 - 20:15
🕘 Saturday: 09:45 - 18:15
