Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success
  • Sales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer service
  • Leading well by example
  • Driving company targets and KPI's including average basket value, units and conversion
  • Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations
  • Budget and payroll management
  • Coaching and development of all associates
  • Recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates


Store Manager Experience:

  • Experience working at pace within a retail or hospitality background
  • Energetic and upbeat personality
  • Managing a large tem and turnover
  • Experienced driving KPI's and store data
