Description:
As the Stakeholder Communications Advisor with Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) you will be supporting the Senior Digital Editor with digital engagement and content creation and have the opportunity to work on national campaigns such as Talk Money Week, as well as a number of other big projects.
You will need to be a strong writer, social media savvy, and able to create captivating content for B2B audiences. You’ll have the skills to turn complex information into clear and compelling messages, and ideally hold some experience with CMS and digital best practice.

Responsibilities
- Writing content that connects with stakeholder and partner audiences, across a range of channels including the MaPS website, email marketing, speeches, internal and external blogs, and social media.
- Developing social media content to connect with B2B audiences.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including at senior level, to help them with communications planning and execution.
- Working with subject matter experts to maintain our top-line briefings and key messages, ensuring we are prepared and ready to respond to external enquiries, B2C or corporate media requests and briefing requirements.
- Supporting corporate affairs team colleagues with digital engagement, events management as needed
- Travelling to external venues and events as and when required (with plenty of notice)
Essential experience
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create content for a variety of audiences and channels, making sure that messages are consistent
- Experience in using social media channels to engage B2B audiences
- Experience in engaging with external stakeholders, including working with subject matter experts to distil complex content into concise information with clear calls to action
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and take a proactive approach
- Commitment to inclusive communications, engagement and working practices
Desirable experience:
- Knowledge of AEM and/or other CMS platforms an advantage
- Experience in audio visual content production, including video content
- Experience of using insight to analyse and plan communications activities
- Good understanding of the public sector and central government; experience delivering stakeholder engagement and communications within a central government environment an advantage.
