Accent Housing is committed to providing safe, secure, and affordable housing for everyone. As a Specialist Housing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers' independence and ensuring effective tenancy and community management.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Support and Community Building:

    • Onboarding new customers collaboratively with the allocations and lettings team.
    • Fostering resident engagement and building a vibrant community atmosphere.
  2. Tenancy Management:

    • Addressing arrears, anti-social behavior, and complaints efficiently.
    • Employing legal remedies to manage tenancies when necessary.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community members to enhance customer experiences.
  4. Flexibility and Adaptability:

    • Willingness to work outside traditional office hours and travel between schemes.

Requirements:

  • Education & Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of housing management systems and related contexts.
    • Understanding of housing regulations, safeguarding, and legal compliance.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High resilience and adaptability to handle changes and challenges.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining service quality.
  • Additional Criteria:

    • Access to a personal vehicle for business use.
    • Must pass a DBS check.
