An exciting opportunity to join this sustainable brand in the search of a talented Sourcing and Production Manager. You will have experience of ensuring the smooth production of all prodcut lines whilst managing your supplier base to ensure production is maintained in line with company standards and sustainability.

As the Sourcing and Production Manager you will:

• Solve production issues as they arise and communicate any associated delays and contingency
• Manage QC, ensuring quality standards are met on all part of the supply chain
• Using Zedonk and training team members.
• Setting up season calendars with Design Studio Manager, and highlighting key dates and any changes from previous seasons
• Conducting seasonal projection and margin roll up review meetings
• Creating price master for each seasonal line
• Retrieving factory costs for the good and better product categories based on first prototypes and planning’s projected units
• Souring new suppliers and negotiation of terms.
• Conducting all factory price negotiations pre and post-market
• Managing all exporting of bulk fabric to the production factories
