- They are on the hunt for their first Solution Architect/ Implementation Manager with extensive Microsoft Intune experience, ideally having worked for and ITMSP
Roles and Responsibilities:
- They need a Solution Architect/ Implementation Manager to design and implement cloud and hybrid systems that leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365 products, such as Intune, Azue, 365, and On Pem Solutions.
- This role will involve providing and supporting strategic guidance to meet the specific business needs of the customers and make technical decisions regarding the solutions and their impact.
- This role will be multi-faceted, with responsibilities in leading customer engagements, implementing solutions, as well as internal product development practices.
- Experience implementing Microsoft technologies in SMB/SME environments
- Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap
- Providing and supporting strategic guidance to meet the specific business needs of the customers and make technical decisions
- Understand customers' overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation.
- Collaborate with the team in developing complex end-to-end Microsoft implementations
- Key relationships management with the customer IT decision-makers

Experience:
- Microsoft Intune Expert
- Microsoft Cloud technologies: 5 years+
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Identity, and Defender products
