Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and implementing D365 Finance modules with a strong understanding of HR functionalities. You will collaborate closely with the client to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and robust solutions leveraging D365 Finance and HR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of D365 Finance solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to finance and HR, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and architect D365 Finance solutions that meet the client's needs while adhering to best practices and ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Configure D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Budgeting, and HR-related functionalities such as Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, etc.
- Develop customizations and extensions using X++ and other relevant technologies to meet unique business requirements.
- Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement interfaces between D365 Finance and other systems such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams and ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and features of D365 Finance and HR modules and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Budgeting, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR functionalities within D365 Finance, including Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Leave Management, etc.
- Proficiency in customizing and extending D365 Finance using X++, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with D365 Finance integrations with other systems such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations) are highly desirable.
