Solicitor

Description:

We are different - although a Top 100 Law firm, we strive to be 'Human First' in everything we do. This means we truly care about our teams as well as our clients. We give people the space and flexibility in where and how they work so they are able to provide the best experience to our teams and clients alike.

Led by our Senior Partner, Trevor Sterling, our Major Trauma Team is the first of its kind; a team dedicated to providing holistic support to individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries, ensuring they receive the appropriate rehabilitation and care following their accident, and securing any due compensation.

Our Team is focused on improving outcomes; working closely with and taking instruction from numerous major trauma centres in London to ensure clients receive the empathetic and efficient support they need as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a real passion for Major Trauma work to join a team of highly experienced and specialist legal professionals. This is a team that believes in organic growth and, as such, you will be closely supported with your ongoing professional training and career development.

Day to Day:

  • You will be building strong relationships with our clients and their families, ensuring they are closely supported throughout the duration of their matter.
  • You will take the lead on your own caseload of matters, and will support the Partners and Senior Associates within the team on matters of greater complexity.
  • We care deeply and as such, you will provide a highly attentive, empathetic, and supportive service to our clients.
  • You will also take part in coaching and mentoring of the more junior individuals in the team to help develop their knowledge and technical abilities.

What we look for:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal executive with previous experience gained in the field of Personal Injury Law – we envisage this to be in the region of 1-3 years’ PQE (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience with managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
  • Great communication skills, empathy and a genuine passion for helping vulnerable individuals facing extremely challenging circumstances.
  • The ability to work efficiently and at pace in order to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes possible following their injury and initial treatment.
