We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar PV Installer to join our dynamic team at Nuvolt. This full-time position involves a hands-on role in the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including roof works, cabling, containment, and working at heights. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work away from home as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of solar PV systems, including roof works and setting up containment systems.

• Performing cabling and electrical connections for solar installations.

• Ensuring adherence to safety standards while working at heights.

• Demonstrating good timekeeping and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Managing a small team, providing leadership and guidance.

• Problem-solving on-site challenges and ensuring project completion to the highest standards.

• Maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

• Reading and interpreting drawings or technical diagrams related to PV installations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PV installation or a related field.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a small team.

• Good client liaison skills.

• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Capability to read and understand technical drawings or diagrams.

• Full, clean driving license.
