Software Engineer

Description:

My client are seeking a talented engineer to join their existing team of elite software engineers/Quants and help to build their next generation performance software platform. The existing team consists of some of the brightest minds hailing from a range of backgrounds (Big tech, Start-ups, Quant Funds etc) , all striving to build the next generation of performance technology.

The position will allow you to work across a range of projects, within which you will get end to input on design and development as well as a real say in the direction that the team moves.

This is an extremely tech focussed organisation who are looking for the next wave of tech driven, entrepreneurial personalities to help expand the team.

The role is based in London however, there will be some flexibility for hybrid working.

Requirements :

· 2 + Years experience working with KDB+/Q

· Exposure to standard programming languages - Python, Java, C++ etc

· Finance Experience (Preferable)

· Strong mathematical background

· Top STEM degree from an ELITE institution

· Strong tech driven personality, with a genuine desire to learn!
