Software Engineer

Description:

Digitech are partnered with an exciting AI focused company in the Telecoms industry who are looking for a Software Engineer to join their Technology Team. You will be joining a large engineering team designing and developing VoIP services to be delivered via a award-winning global voice platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop new voice based applications and maintain/diagnose issues within existing applications
• Translate requirements and designs into high-quality, secure code
• Keep abreast of the latest technology market including security vulnerabilities and develop with security in mind
• Implement and maintain automated unit and functional tests where appropriate

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or Similar)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, developing, maintaining and extending applications.
• Experience of system programming in C or C++
• VOIP
• Some exposure to the following WAV, Mp3, PCM, Freeswitch, or OpenSIPS
