Description:
As a Social Media Manager you will oversee social media campaigns, including research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. We are looking for a creative, proactive individual who is accountable and focused on driving engagement and results.
About You:
- Ability to think laterally, stimulate, motivate, and educate
- Proven track record of social media and content marketing success
- Proficient in strategic thinking and innovation
- Experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, and YouTube
- Familiarity with analytics software (Sprout Social, Social Report, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and paid advertising campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the wider digital industry
- Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Well-organized and self-motivated while meeting the daily demands of the client
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agreed-upon campaigns
- Manage projects from concept through to delivery
- Make creative and constructive contributions to meetings, and have the confidence to challenge when necessary
- Liaise with key client contacts to ensure content is current and on-topic
- Improve engagement on the client's social media platforms, with the focus on results, not just likes
- Take the initiative to utilize all assets to deliver ROI
