We are seeking a motivated and skilled Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing start-up. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns while supporting the video production and editing process. The role combines the flexibility of working from home with exciting shoot days in Central London once a week.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Create engaging short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and other creative platforms to design and edit video and graphic content.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Metricool or similar social media schedulers.
- Monitor social media trends, ensuring all content stays fresh and relevant.
Video Editing & Production Support
- Edit video content for campaigns using tools like CapCut and other video editing software.
- Assist during weekly Central London shoot days, ensuring the production process runs smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned video content.
Marketing Campaign Development
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to achieve engagement and growth objectives.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Community Building & Audience Engagement
- Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and interactive content to build a loyal community.
- Identify and explore collaboration opportunities with influencers and partners.
Creative Collaboration & Administrative Tasks
- Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content.
- Manage schedules, timelines, and to-do lists to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Use Google Suite to collaborate on documents, presentations, and other team projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Social Media Expertise: Experience managing and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with tools like CapCut and a strong understanding of video editing techniques.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create eye-catching graphics and layouts.
