A creative and results-driven Social Media Manager is needed to join a dynamic marketing agency to develop and implement effective social media strategies that will enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive traffic across various social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management, public relations, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with SEO experts, graphic designers, and web developers to produce brand-consistent content including visuals, videos, and written posts.
  • Track and analyze social media trends and performance metrics to inform content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliver detailed reports, and align on monthly goals.
  • Engage with the online community, addressing comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management.
  • 1+ year of experience in team management.
  • Experience working with multiple clients in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as PM tools (e.g., Click-Up) and scheduling tools (e.g., SEMrush, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying current with social media trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or transferable field.
