Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Content Manager to oversee our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and building a strong online community.
You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our business goals. The position is fun-filled and fast-paced, perfectly suited for a Tiktok-savvy, aspiring marketeer with sharp initiative and known for their organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the high quantity and quality output of social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with content creators to film, write, direct, and post social content.
- Capture content at events, Out of Home (OOH) locations, and in the office to support our wider marketing efforts
- Create and react to social media trends to drive viral reach and engagement.
- Support the influencer marketing strategy by amplifying influencer content through social channels.
- Engage in creative, brand-driven community management to help the brand get noticed and participate in online conversations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve maximum engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years proven experience proven experience in a similar social media or content role, depending on the candidate
- Experience creating content for Tiktok and Instagram (Youtube a bonus) - personally or professionally
- Proficiency in managing social media channels - content editing and execution
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to different environments and challenges - no day is the same!
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative problem-solver and comfortable working with creatives
- Ability to work independently and manage solo projects
- Experience in the Beauty industry would be a bonus
