Social Media Manager

 

Description:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the social media strategy, engaging with the target audience, and leveraging social platforms to build brand loyalty and drive business growth. This role requires adaptability and creativity as you will be at the forefront of our online presence, captivating our audience, and curating an epic community of Creators, Gamers, and Fashionistas.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that integrate fashion elements to skyrocket our community size and engagement across all platforms.
  • Create compelling, fashion-forward content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user activity.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent communication of our brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of the curve and ride the wave of current and emerging social media trends (such as content styles, lingo and TikTok audios) to position Fashion League as the coolest community everyone wants to be a part of.
  • Co-create engaging social media content with creators, influencers, and other industry professionals.
  • Analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of social campaigns and identify opportunities for further growth and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Fashion or any related field where being fabulous is a prerequisite.
  • Proven track record of building up brand presence on social media, preferably with a focus on fashion.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and their respective best practices for fashion brands.
  • Creative superpower that allows you to think outside the box, generating innovative ideas for fashion-forward and pop culture-infused content.
  • Passion for fashion and a genuine understanding of trend-spotting and viral social media moments.
  • English written and verbal communication skills sharper than a stiletto, paired with a keen eye for detail.
  • Pro-ness in social media management tools.
  • Ambition to own and deserve the crown of social media queen (or king!) responsible for making Fashion League the coolest fashion playground online!
