Social Media And Community Marketing Manager

The Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing Pure Padel’s social media strategy, driving proactive digital PR initiatives, and building a loyal and thriving community. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media, excellent creative skills, and experience in digital marketing and community management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Pure Padel’s goals and target audience.
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
  • Develop visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.

 

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with customers online through social media channels and email newsletters
  • Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and authentic manner
  • Encourage user-generated content using micro-influencers and

 

Budgeting and analytics:

 

  • Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on performance.
  • Use insights and social media trends to inform and optimise content and community strategies.

 

Brand Management:

 

  • Ensure all content aligns with Pure Padel’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

 

PR Initiatives:

 

  • Identify and execute PR initiatives including collaborations with influencers, newspapers, press releases, and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate and manage press coverage and media outreach efforts.

 

Launch Execution:

 

  • Execute successful social media and community engagement strategies for the launch of new padel sites across the country.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns and events to drive footfall and create buzz around new openings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and community engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copy, writing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with influencers and media contacts.
  • Passion for sports and an understanding of the padel community is preferred.
