Description:
As our onsite Social Creative, you’ll conceptualise and produce engaging, thumb-stopping social assets for Heinz UK. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Content Strategist, you’ll lead the development of our social creative, ideating social-first concepts, creating content and using your expertise of the platforms to develop creative that differentiates and propels the brands’ online presence. You’ll be based partially on-site (The Shard, London) with the Kraft Heinz marketing team so need to be comfortable to work directly with client, and partially at home.
Responsibilities
- Ideation of creative output for our key social channels as part of a creative team
- Develops end-to-end always-on/reactive creative concepts, working initial concept, storyboarding right through to asset production with our production team
- Generating reactive social and new social formats for our key channels, TikTok and Meta
- Manages & briefing pool of Content Creators for always on and reactive content, championing conceptual thinking and great creative, leading by example
- Collaborates with the in-house Kitchen Social Media team to define & manage approval of always-on calendar. Experimenting with new ways of working in social.
- Working with production team to provide all final assets & post copy to Heinz SMM's
- Comfortable being on camera, including producing & starring in your content when needed.
- Working with producers to manage content shoots
- Develop simple social creative designs as required. Undertake editing of your assets.
- Support on hero/campaign moments - creating ideas that set the nation talking.
- Working with the wider creative team to produce campaign moments, supporting new product launches, cultural moments and fame drivers.
- Writing and owning paid & organic social copy, as well as support on email, long form, product pages copy.
Requirements
- Experience in creative ideation & creating content, with a strong track record of producing social assets across channels that get attention
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram capabilities, keeping your creative ideas on-trend and up to date with the platforms fast-paced innovations
- Presentation skills to present to the Creative Lead and internal team
- Social-native perspective, thinking about the purpose of content and how to create engaging and performing assets
- Technical knowledge of scripting, shooting and editing, comfortable appearing in front of the camera
- Copywriting skills, with experience in long and short form
- An interest for all things food, and keeping up with the latest food trends, influencers, innovations, etc.
- Inside-out knowledge of TikTok capabilities, best practices, community, trends & culture. Fluent in TikTok’s newest features, as well as formats popular on the platform
