Assured Energy, a trusted and award-winning energy consultancy, is looking for a high-performing SME Sales Consultant to join their Leicester-based hybrid team. This role offers an uncapped commission structure (up to 17% per sale with no threshold), meaning you start earning from day one!

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert sales and drive revenue growth through SME client acquisition.

• Manage sales pipelines, contracts, and client onboarding.

• Sell via phone and face-to-face meetings, promoting energy solutions.

• Assist with up-selling opportunities for the Consultus International Business Development Team.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Attend industry expos and networking events to generate leads.

• Utilize CRM, quotation, and contracting platforms to maintain client records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years in outbound B2B energy new business sales.

• Motivated, results-driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic sales role.
