Smart Buildings Project Engineer

They are looking for an enthusiastic and technically confident BMS Project Engineer to deliver some exciting projects across London and South East England.

Company’s projects business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further which you can play a key part in.

Main Responsibilities
 

• Scheduling, planning, forecasting and managing all technical activities from project conception to completion.
• Performing job start up, checkout and troubleshooting for systems and service installed jobs.
• Understanding and awareness of contract conditions and requirements
• Planning, coordinating and supervising all project labour requirements and providing guidance to contractors at the assigned level of responsibility.
• Monitoring and recording project progress and deliverables in accordance with the project programme.
   

Essential Requirements
 

• Experience operating as a Project Engineer within the BEMS & Building Controls industries in the UK marketplace.
• Technical understanding of Siemens, Trend, Tridium and Distech systems.
• You'll have demonstrable and verifiable experience of commercial management in the industries outlined above and be able to work alongside the management team.
• You'll be working in an ever-changing environment and as such will be able to adapt to your environment.
• You'll demonstrate a professional manner and be dedicated to meeting customer expectations.
