Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Description:

You will lead our newly created Site Reliability Engineering Team, as the the SRE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Critical National Infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and ability to work on engineering tasks, with strong leadership and management skills to guide and work alongside a team of talented engineers in delivering world-class infrastructure solutions.

The Essential Bits

You will have extensive experience of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and container orchestration, infrastructure as a code and monitoring and logging tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK stack respectively. Demonstrable leadership experience, managing teams to coach support and mentor them but also be a critical path of the technical leadership and direction of the platform.
