Description:

MIDAS is working with a highly successful and commercially focused Lancashire-based construction company who are approaching their centenary anniversary and act as a long-term construction partner to clients in the health, education, commercial and local authority sectors.

• Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times
• Management of site teams and co-ordination of site activities
• Monitoring of key stage programme
• Coordinating with the client
• Providing progress reports
• Ensuring all method statements and risk assessments are appropriate and in place in advance of the works
• Assisting in the delivery of safety and environmental management systems and project compliance
• Ensuring project is delivered on time, budget and to the client's satisfaction
