Description:

Education Impact Academy Trust (EIAT) is seeking dedicated and proactive site staff to join its growing team. The role is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the development, maintenance, and compliance of the Trust’s estate, ensuring that students and staff have safe, high-quality environments to thrive in.

As a Site Assistant / Site Manager, you will:
Perform site maintenance, repairs, and compliance tasks
Ensure the school estate is safe and legally compliant with Health & Safety regulations
Support the Estates & Environment Leader in strategic planning for the Trust’s infrastructure
Collaborate with a Trust-wide estates team to improve facilities across multiple schools
Travel between sites if needed (a valid driving license is advantageous)

This role is primarily based at Mayfield School (B19 1HJ), with Trust-wide responsibilities across Wilson Stuart School, Mayfield School, Queensbury School, The Hive College, Lime Tree Nursery, and Blue Sky Nursery.


🔹 Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking motivated individuals with:
Experience in a site/facilities role
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A commitment to supporting students with SEND and ensuring an optimal learning environment
A clean driving license (preferred, for multi-site travel)
