Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Sales: Focus on understanding customer needs by asking insightful questions and recommending appropriate finance, product, and installation options.
  • Design Expertise: Use advanced software to create stunning and inspirational designs that help customers visualize their dream spaces.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, offering both virtual and in-person support, ensuring seamless coordination from initial ideas to final delivery.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with colleagues and installers to deliver exceptional service on every project.
  • Sales Targets: Confidently convert designs into sales, achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using software and technology to create designs and manage customer projects.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Sales Acumen: Motivated by sales targets, with a strong ability to convert ideas and designs into successful sales.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A good problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well in a team environment, contributing positively to shared goals.
  • Flexibility: Available to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
