Description:
As Shopper Marketing Executive for Grocery, you will be responsible for delivering and executing activations in this channel to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
- Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
- Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
- Manage innovation launch plans in Grocery.
- Monitor KPIs, optimise campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
- Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
- Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
- Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.
About you:
- Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape.
- Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
