Description:
The Services Commercial Operations Specialist support the commercial operations End-to-End process for service agreements, by keeping it maintained, updated, and documented. A successful candidate will support the team in harmonization and consistency of the Elekta Care offerings in the commercial catalogue and for driving optimization of its usability and data accuracy to improve quote-to-cash timelines for service agreements. The Specialist will guide and oversee the creation and maintenance, according to the guidelines of the Service Agreements functionality in the appropriate Elekta systems. The Services Commercial Operations Specialist will make sure relevant user training and information is always available to all applicable users of the mentioned processes.
The Services Commercial Operations Specialist responsibilities include:
- Maintain the global Elekta Care service contract framework by supporting the Business Lines, including the BL Service in keeping the service contract entitlements and levels per product.
- Support the creation of new/revised Elekta Care service agreements and service contract entitlements in line with the global service sales process in Elekta’s CPQ and CLM systems in collaboration with the various platform owners.
- Execute and drive the CLM requests / feedbacks around service agreements and service opportunities in Elekta’s CLM system, and in line with the global service sales and global service contract management process in collaboration with IT, 3rd Party vendors and the various platform owners.
- Support, test, and approve new Elekta Care service agreement and end-to-end service sales functionality for release in the commercial catalogue.
- Develop training content and internal communication on the end-to-end service sales process for the commercial organization. Conduct training to service sales and service contract admin colleagues.
- Point of contact for ‘super-users’ of the service sales process
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the applicable global process documentation and instructions.
- Support the creation of commercial insights through analysis and reports to management and commercial organization.
- Provide business support to regional service sales teams, EBS and regional service contract management teams and others for the end-to-end service sales and service contract management process.
- Drive and support data consistency, hsarmonization, accuracy, and support resolution of issues.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to implement new features, methodologies and enhancements in the service sales, service quoting, and service contract management area.
