The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a commitment to quality standards, and a keen eye for detail. To this role you will additionally bring organisational skills and a process driven working style along with effective communication, both written and verbal.

Qualifications/Systems Knowledge
 

  • ITIL Foundation qualification essential (V2, V3 or V4)
  • Experience using Service Now or other ITSM toolsets.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
