Apprenticeship Details:
- Duration: 2-year programme.
- Location: Study at James Watt College in Birmingham for 20 weeks.
- Hands-On Experience: Learn alongside experienced heating engineers in the field.
- Baxi Apprentice Residential Course: Develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, aligned with Baxi's core values of One Team, Customer Focus, and Sustainable Future.
Application Requirements:
- Positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Good practical skills and adaptable approach to work.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English, with Science desirable.
- Ability to travel and stay away from home for 2-week blocks.
- Driving license (ideal, but not essential).
