Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an essentially valuable not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead who will be ensuring appropriate Service delivery of IT Services

 

This role is ideal for someone with a good length of experience in IT Service Management in a Senior Leadership position.

 

 

What the Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead will be doing

You will be responsible for the Service delivery of 24x7 IT service, leading a team to deliver excellent service performance related to all IT vendors.

 

  • Ensuring that the service is defined to support IT and business objectives
  • Defining appropriate Service levels and Service credit regime relating to vendor/supplier management
  • Responsible for KPI development, benchmarking and continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead a high performing team in a multi-disciplinary function consisting of 32 employees

What you will bring to the team

You will have extensive experience in leading ITIL Service Management Disciplines in a 24x7x365 environment.

 

  • Proven experience of leading, managing, developing a large and diverse team
  • Ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management
  • Around 10 years’ experience in a Senior Leadership position in IT Service Management
  • Experience of Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.
