Description:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced people and services manager to join our Customer Services Team within Libraries, Museums and Galleries. This is a new role which is crucial to the effective operations of one of the campus' busiest services. An exciting time to join, the team is currently undertaking a project which aims to build on our existing high levels of student satisfaction and prepare us to anticipate and respond to changing user needs.
You will have strong leadership skills and experience of people management in a busy service environment. You will enjoy working in and leading a team and be comfortable making decisions and adapting to the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Library experience is not necessary for this role but an interest in the work and experience in a transferable setting will be an advantage.
