Service Coordinator

 

Description:

We are currently seeking an ambitious Service Coordinator to join our team at our Nottingham office, starting as soon as possible.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

• Overall responsibility for planning calls in the UK.

• Planning 1st response breakdown calls.

• Planning follow-on repair work and preventive repairs.

• Planning all PMs for the UK, ensuring adherence to targets.

• Sending quotes to customers for chargeable attendances, helpdesk, software, and follow-on repair work.

• Liaising with software to ensure timely closure of calls.

• Ensuring helpdesk support is provided within the SLA.

• Communicating all planned work to customers and obtaining agreement.

• Preparing H&S documentation with technicians and customers.

• Ensuring efficient closure of calls and managing data.

• Maintaining and filing all technician reports.

• Collaborating with FSMs to manage technician availability through holiday, training, and sickness management.

 

You Will Need:

 

• Prior planning experience, preferably in an engineering environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Knowledge of Using internal systems (training provided).

• Knowledge of Salesforce or simialr (an advantage).
