Service Centre Administrator

 

Description:

CRP Group are currently working with a next-generation electric vehicle company, currently searching for a service centre administrator within their Thurrock workshop to deliver the smooth and efficient process of administration of the service centres, by being the first point of contact for customers visiting the site.

The role will include handling customer enquiries and taking appropriate action ensuring the customer’s requirements are satisfied wherever possible.

Additionally, providing general office administration to the service centre where required including invoicing and completing weekly reports.

Accountabilities & Activities
 

  • Maintain accurate time & attendance and job booking history using the Data Connect system.
  • Control petty cash & ensure all relevant receipts accounted for
  • Ensure that all job cards are collated and checked for information before invoicing.
  • Ensure all invoicing is kept up to date and within 7 days of job completion where possible.
  • Highlight any deficiencies with the paperwork received to the Service Centre Manager.
  • Ensure information is stored in an accessible manner.
  • Provide support to other members of Aftersales as required.
  • Invoicing warranty and retail jobs completed by the service centre
  • Entering Hrs - Mileage onto SAP for every job completed by the service centre
  • Raising Proformas to send to Customers
  • Closing all jobs after invoicing for the service centre
  • Chasing up Customer Service Managers for outstanding payments and order numbers
  • Scanning and filing all completed job cards carried out by the service centre onto the shared date file
  • Entering lateness / Sick onto Data Connect + Cascade for employees at the service centre
  • Entering overtime on Cascade for employees at the service centre
  • Carry out weekly reports on overtime and check / send data to Pay role before monthly pay day cut off for employees at the service centre
  • Running holiday reports for employees at the service centre
  • Liaising with Customer Service Managers and accounts for outstanding payments on retail jobs for the service centre
     

Essential Requirements

ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Experience of general office administration within a service centre / workshop environment
  • Competent computer skills to include Microsoft Office
