Service Analyst

Description:

We have an urgent requirement for a Service Analyst on an initial 12 month contract. The role will entail analysing performance of live services, IT and non IT, including: Engineering support, facilities management, CCTV, access control, logistics, property support, fire and electrical assessments.

The role will sit within the service management team and support the service manager. It will entail data manipulation, producing Graph illustrations of data using Microsoft office suite, identifying data trends, helping to understand the performance of services, looking at risks and issues and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will need to have previous exposure in the service industry and excellent experience using excel and producing pivot tables. Essential skills & experience include:
