Senior Tax Analyst

Description:

This is a broad role and would suit a candidate with prior in-house experience or, an ambitious individual making their first move out of practice. This role will include supporting on compliance, due diligence and structuring. This will be for the firm but, also their funds.

The role:

• Oversight of compliance and reporting (this is outsourced so, you will be managing this process)
• FACTA/CRS reporting
• Asses tax risk across funds
• Assist with tax due diligence
• Advise on structuring
• Ensure you are keeping up to date with tax regulations, reporting any changes back
• Key point of contact for external advisors
• Ad-hoc tax project work which may include transfer pricing & employment tax work

What we are looking for:

• Strong academic background
• Ideally, ACA/CTA or equivalent qualified
• UK & US reporting experience would be great but, open to seeing candidates with one or the other
• Strong interpersonal skills
• FS experience would be helpful - either from a practice or in-house firm
