With plans for national expansion and offices already in the pipeline across Liverpool, London, and Bristol, the firm is looking to strengthen its core team across Newcastle upon Tyne, Cumbria, and Merseyside.

You’ll join a supportive, high-performing team to deliver either valuation services or commercial property estate agency support, depending on your expertise. The position offers both autonomy and the backing of experienced professionals, providing a strong platform for career growth in a modern, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for various purposes including loan security, taxation, litigation, and acquisition/disposal

• Alternatively, manage commercial property agency work – leasing and sales on behalf of clients

• Deliver strategic advice and market insights to clients

• Collaborate with clients, banks, developers, and solicitors as needed

• Maintain and build long-term client relationships

• Keep abreast of property market trends and legal updates

• Manage personal workload, meeting deadlines and quality standards consistently
