Role and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage allocated property portfolios and ensure smooth management of day-to-day operations.
• Resolve property management issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and tenants.
• Collaborate with property management accounts and ancillary services to ensure exceptional service to clients.
• Process tenant applications and provide recommendations to clients.
• Participate in tenders and presentations to support business development efforts.
