The role uses a deep understanding of developing customer empathy via qualitative research to address project team and client goals. Day to day, you'll define and frame client situations into clear, answerable research questions and pull insights through an interactive process with the team to form strategic recommendations. You'll work with global organisations in tech, telco, and retail on a wide range of issues, including strategy development, new market entry, capabilities improvement, target operating business model, and new product/business launches.
